Your experience level determines the types of recommendations you'll see and how muscle recovery is calculated. Consider increasing your level when you notice these signs:
- You consistently meet or exceed your workout goals, and workouts are becoming easy
- You've noticed significant improvements in your strength, endurance, or both
- Exercises in your workouts feel repetitive or unchallenging
- You've reached a plateau and no longer see or feel the same level of progress
- You feel confident and comfortable with your current movements and want more challenging options
- Your muscle recovery state is recovering faster than the app suggests
