How to purchase Fitbod using FSA or HSA funds
What is Flex?
Fitbod partners with Flex to allow eligible customers to use FSA or HSA funds toward their subscription. This option makes it easier to pay for Fitbod using pre-tax dollars when eligibility requirements are met.
Flex is a third-party payment provider that facilitates FSA and HSA purchases. During checkout, Flex determines eligibility by asking a short medical questionnaire and, if approved, processes your payment using your FSA or HSA account. How to purchase Fitbod using FSA or HSA funds
- Create or log into your Fitbod account on the website.
- Select a subscription option.
- Choose Flex as your payment method at checkout.
- Complete the required medical questionnaire.
- Submit your purchase.
If approved, your payment will be processed through Flex using your FSA or HSA funds.
Letter of Medical Necessity
A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) is required for FSA and some HSA purchases.
The Letter of Medical Necessity is provided after approval. The questionnaire must be completed and the purchase must be made before the letter is issued. Flex will supply the Letter of Medical Necessity for your records and reimbursement documentation.
Discount codes and Flex
At this time, discount codes cannot be applied to purchases made through Flex. If you would like to use a promo code, you will need to complete your purchase using a standard payment method instead of Flex, then submit a reimbursement claim to your FSA or HSA provider. We recommend confirming with your provider in advance that Fitbod is an eligible expense under your plan.
⚠️ Important Note: Letters of Medical Necessity are only issued through Flex and cannot be provided for purchases made outside of Flex.

Eligibility
Eligibility is determined by Flex, not Fitbod. Approval is not guaranteed and depends on the information provided in the questionnaire. Fitbod does not control FSA or HSA reimbursement rules set by your plan administrator.
How to Cancel
Flex Payment plans cannot be canceled directly through the app or your app store subscription settings.
