Who can redeem a Fitbod Lifetime Membership?

Anyone! There is no redemption required. The lifetime membership automatically applies to the account after you've bought it.

Can I transfer a lifetime membership?

No! After redemption, Lifetime Memberships are non-transferable.

Can I apply the cost of an already purchased subscription to a Lifetime Membership?

No. We cannot refund or apply the cost of another subscription to a Lifetime Membership. Your Lifetime Membership automatically starts after you've bought it.

Will my monthly or yearly subscription continue to auto-renew?

Yes, and it will need to be canceled! If you already have an active subscription through our website, the App Store, or the Google Play, you will need to cancel it.

Can I cancel or get a refund for my Lifetime Membership after I've bought it?

No. You can't cancel or get a refund for a Lifetime Membership after you've bought it.

If I missed getting one during the sale, can I still buy a Lifetime Membership?

Unfortunately, no. This is a limited-time offer. If you want to have first dibs the next time we offer the Lifetime Membership, sign up here. We'll notify those on the waiting list first when the Lifetime becomes available again.

If I'm currently subscribed, will I need to cancel my current subscription if I purchase the Lifetime Membership?

Yes! Once you purchase the Lifetime Membership, you will receive an email with steps on how to cancel your current subscription.
