🌐 Cancel or Request a Refund via Fitbod's Website

To Cancel:

  1. Go to https://app.fitbod.me/ and log in to your account.
  2. Under the Your Plan section, select Cancel.

⚠️ Don’t see the cancel button? Reach out to us at support@fitbod.me for further assistance. Include your full name and Fitbod account email.

 

To Request a Refund:

Email support@fitbod.me with:

  • Your full name and Fitbod account email.
  • A screenshot of your receipt.

 

🍎 Cancel or Request a Refund via Apple App Store

To Cancel:

On your iPhone,

  1. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
  2. Select Fitbod > Tap Cancel Subscription.

⚠️ Don’t see Fitbod listed? You likely subscribed via our website or no longer have an active Apple subscription.

 

Requesting a Refund:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Select “Request a refund” and follow the prompts.
  4. Choose Fitbod from your purchase history.
  5. Submit your request.

Apple reviews all refund requests. You can also contact them directly at 800‑692‑7753 (U.S. & Canada), or via Apple Support.

 

🤖 Cancel or Request a Refund via Google Play Store

To Cancel:

On your Android,

  1. Open the Google Play Store.

  2. Tap your profile > Payments & Subscriptions.

  3. Select Subscriptions > Tap Fitbod > Cancel.

 

On a computer,

  1. Visit play.google.com.
  2. Go to My Subscriptions.
  3. Select Fitbod > Click Manage > Cancel Subscription.

 

To Request a Refund:

 

Cancel Anytime Policy

Fitbod subscriptions auto-renew to avoid interruptions. You can cancel at any time:

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not issue a refund
  • You’ll retain full access until your next billing date
  • Deleting your Fitbod account does not cancel your subscription
