Note: This feature is rolling out gradually and may not be available to all users yet.
See how your strength compares to other Fitbod users with a similar profile. Exercise Percentile Rankings add context to your progress by showing where you stand among your peers.
What does “Top X% of Fitbodders like you” mean?
Exercise Percentile Rankings are available for select exercises. Your logged performance is compared with other Fitbod users who share a similar:
- Age
- Gender
- Bodyweight
Rankings range from Top 40% to Top 1%. The smaller the percentage, the higher you rank. For example, a ranking of Top 10% means you rank higher than approximately 90% of comparable users.
Where can I see my ranking?
Your ranking appears when you view your stats for an exercise:
- Open an exercise.
- Tap History.
- Tap Trends.
- Select a stat to view its chart.
If the exercise supports percentile rankings and you qualify, you’ll see “Top X% of Fitbodders like you” near the top of the chart. Rankings are calculated separately for each exercise and each stat, so you may see a ranking for some exercises or stats but not others.
FAQ
Why don’t I see a ranking?
You may not see a ranking for every exercise. Common reasons include:
- The exercise doesn’t support percentile rankings: Exercise Percentile Rankings are currently available for select exercises, so not every exercise includes a ranking.
- You’re not currently eligible for a ranking: Rankings are only displayed if you’re within approximately the top 40% for an exercise. If you’re below that threshold, no ranking will appear.
- Your profile information is incomplete: Your birthday (age), gender, and bodyweight are required to calculate your ranking. If any of this information is missing, you’ll see “Add details to unlock” instead of a percentile.
- There isn’t enough data: Some exercises don’t yet have enough comparable workout data to generate a meaningful ranking.
