Fitbod for Business is a group-based fitness solution that gives organizations, businesses, and teams access to the Fitbod app at a discounted rate. The program is designed for companies of all sizes and offers features tailored for both individual users and administrators, such as administrative dashboards and challenges and competitions. Typically, the organization covers the cost, so employees can enjoy Fitbod for free as an included benefit or perk.

How Does It Work?
- Purchase: An admin buys licenses at fitbod.me/business (5–100 seats) or contacts our team for larger rollouts.
- Onboarding: Employees are invited via their work email with instructions to download the app and activate their membership. They simply log into the Fitbod app with the invited email to unlock Premium access.
- Customization: Each user completes onboarding questions to personalize their experience and can further adjust their Gym Profile settings (e.g., training splits, equipment, workout duration).
- Workout & Track: Employees use the app independently. Admins can monitor overall engagement via the dashboard.
- Challenges & Engagement: Organizations can run fitness challenges and reward participation with prizes.
Pricing & Plans
Fitbod for Business uses annual, per-seat pricing with automatic volume discounts. Each seat covers one employee for a year, and the per-employee rate decreases as you add more seats — so larger teams pay less per person. The discount is applied automatically at checkout based on the number of seats you select; there's no code to enter or quote to wait for.
- Self-serve range: 5 to 100 licenses can be purchased directly online, with your volume discount calculated automatically as you choose your seat count.
- Larger or whole-organization rollouts: For more than 100 licenses, or to cover 100% of your employees, contact our team for a custom quote (this can include a dedicated account manager and custom engagement resources).

What is the minimum team size? You can purchase as few as 5 seats through self-serve checkout at fitbod.me/business. Larger organizations can access additional features and customizations.
How is Fitbod for Business billed? Plans are billed annually on a per-seat basis, with volume discounts applied automatically based on the number of seats purchased. Flexibility exists for larger or unique organizations, including full-company access.
