Purchased through the Apple App Store (iPhone)

If your subscription isn’t being recognized, try the following:

    Restore your subscription

In the Fitbod app, go to:

    LogSettingsRestore Subscription

If your subscription is restored, you’re all set.

If you receive No Subscription Found, your subscription was likely purchased through the Fitbod website instead. Skip to the Purchased through the Fitbod website section below.

    Refresh the app

If Restore Subscription doesn’t resolve the issue:

    • Log out of Fitbod.
    • Delete and reinstall the app.
    • Log back into your account.

Verify you’re signed into the correct account

If your subscription or workout history is still missing, you may be signed into a different Fitbod account.

This commonly happens if you’ve used different sign-in methods, such as:

    • Email & Password
    • Sign in with Apple
    • Sign in with Google
    • Sign in with Facebook

    Using Sign in with Apple?

If you chose Hide My Email, Apple creates a private relay email address (for example, xxxxx@privaterelay.appleid.com). In that case, you’ll need to sign in using Sign in with Apple.

To check if you’re using Hide My Email:

If a private relay email is shown, sign into Fitbod using Sign in with Apple.

    FAQ

How do I know where I purchased my subscription?

Your subscription can be purchased through one of three platforms:

    • Apple App Store (iPhone)
    • Google Play Store (Android)
    • Fitbod website (app.fitbod.me)

If you’re unsure, check your receipt or payment confirmation. It will show which platform billed you.

How can I tell if I’m signed into the wrong Fitbod account?

    Fitbod supports multiple sign-in methods:

    • Email & Password
    • Sign in with Apple
    • Sign in with Google
    • Sign in with Facebook

Using a different sign-in method than the one you originally used can create a separate Fitbod account.

If your workouts or subscription are missing after signing in, try logging in with a different sign-in method.

I accidentally created two Fitbod accounts. Can they be merged?

If you’ve created multiple Fitbod accounts, we can merge them.

    Contact support@fitbod.me and include:

    • Your name
    • All Fitbod account email addresses (if known)
    • Which account you’d like to keep
  • What’s the difference between subscribing through the app vs. the Fitbod website?

There is no difference in the Fitbod experience. Whether you subscribe through the App Store, Google Play, or the Fitbod website, you’ll receive the same features and access.

The only difference is where your subscription is managed. To view or manage your subscription, follow the instructions for the platform where you originally purchased it.

    iPhone (App Store)

If you subscribed through the App Store, your subscription is managed through your Apple ID.

    1. Go to Settings > Tap [Your Name] Apple Account, iCloud+, and more
    2. Tap Subscriptions

    Android (Play Store)

If you subscribed through Google Play, your subscription is managed through your Google account.

    1. Open the Google Play Store
    2. Make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google account
    3. Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
